I am the one who can nurture herself surrounded by the peace and solice of open space. Sunset and sunrise bring an end and a new beginning for awakening even when I feel like stone. I am the one who can create embodied stillness and safety and hold all the young wounded parts that need love. When I see this beauty I can savor it and feel my heart exploding with sunshine, love and light. I am the one who is able to create this within myself.
