I am the one who is complex and finds a home within for all the many parts of me. I am the one who clings upside down for dear life sometimes but not always. I am the one who also looks on with a playful intuitive sense knowing that other parts need time and love to move through the wounds. I am also the one who sits by agitated by the process of self-discovery—bored, irritated and closed off but knows deep inside these layers are vast and need nurturing. I am the one who is a blooming flower, planting seeds, fertilizing, watering, growing, knowing. I am the one who is inside waiting to come out, take in the sun, rain, wind, smoke, stillness and the light within these storms. I live in duality and coexist with it all.
